How to make a return

ARE YOU NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE?

It can happen when purchasing online that when you receive the product it is not as you expected or is not suitable for your needs, it is not a problem, you have the right to return it and be refunded in full including the transport costs paid, the cost remains your responsibility of the return shipment.

Right of withdrawal:

You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. To do this you must communicate to us via email (at resi@simpleday.it ) or by registered mail (to the address Returns Simple Day, c/o Generalimport Srl, Via Soglia 12 - 42124 Reggio Emilia) your intention to return the product.

In the communication you must indicate:

• Your details exactly as entered in the order (required)
• Your phone number (required)
• The order number and date (required)
• The product code you intend to return (required)
• The reason for the return (optional but helps us understand if we can improve photos or product descriptions to provide better customer service)

Made:

From the moment you notify us of the withdrawal you have 10 days to return the product, beyond this period the right of withdrawal lapses.

The product to be returned must be returned intact, in the original packaging with the packaging intact and must never have been used. Otherwise the return cannot be accepted.

The customer is responsible for the correct packaging of the product to be returned. If the product to be returned is not packaged in a suitable way to avoid damage during transport and if it breaks, the responsibility falls on the customer. For this reason we ask you to carefully open the packaging to reuse it for any return.

Return costs are always borne by the customer, you can send the product back to us with the carrier you prefer but until the return arrives at our warehouse it remains under your responsibility. For deliveries to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City you can take advantage of our agreements with shippers and ask us to collect the return, in this case the transport costs are equal to €9.50 which are deducted from the refund.

In the event that a shipment is rejected or if, in the event of storage, it is returned to the sender, the refund will be made by deducting the amount of €9.50 against the return costs incurred.

Reimbursement:

The refund of the returned product is made within 14 days of the return arriving in our warehouse

Once the conformity of the returned product has been verified, the refund will be made with the same method used for payment (for credit cards and PayPal), if you paid by cash on delivery in the notice of withdrawal you must also provide your bank details (Iban code) to make the refund (note: cash on delivery costs are never refunded).
