Small rural nucleus north of Casola Canossa located at the end of a road that starts from Casola and runs first along the cemetery, then the old parish church and the houses of Casola di mezzo. In particular, a rural complex dating back to the 17th-18th century stands out, isolated in the center of the village. It has a compact volume, aggregating several buildings and articulating itself around a central tower structure. The tower, which may have been lowered, has a quadrangular plan with a stone structure and a gabled roof. From Case Monte, some paths branch off that descend to Pecorile or that ascend to Mount Sella in the direction of the castle of Canossa among conifer groves and notable landscape views.
